For days I had planned to prepare a short summary of the photographic highlights of 2015. The parties, buying gifts, the family meals and all things involving Christmas made me postpone it a little more than I thought, but here you have it. Reminiscence
This year I have seen rivers freeze
I have seen forests die
I have seen the light of the stars
And the Sun and Moon disappear
I have gone where the land meets the sea
I have got lost in endless forests
I have felt the morning dew
And I have shared the landscape with its wildlife
I have crossed the autumn
The fog caught me between its arms
I have contemplated sunsets of fire
And the erosion of wind and water on earth
I have walked through new landscapes
under the shine of the same sun
I have got lost in a thousand reflections
And I have found beauty in the little things
I have seen the wound caused by man
And I have seen hope in nature
I have found a companion in the abstract
And in nature a canvas to be framed
2015 has been a great year
